Credit Applications

The National Lumber Family of Companies accepts major credit cards, but also offers charge accounts to eligible customers. We refer to these as "House Charges".

House Charge Summary:

Eligibility will be determined by our Credit Department after processing your application. The determination of credit worthiness involves contacting trade references and running a credit check.

If approved, you will be contacted with the credit line amount available to you. If you are not approved, you will be contacted about that determination.

All invoices are to be paid within 30 days. This is not an installment or a revolving account.

If the balance is not paid within 30 days, the Customer shall pay a service charge of one and one-half percent (1-½ %) per month, compounded, on any balance remaining unpaid after the last day of the month of the month that follows purchase(s).

Application for a House Charge Credit Account becomes a binding legal agreement once the account is approved. Full terms of the agreement are on page 2 of the Application Form.
