As a designated essential industry, National Lumber, Babel's, and Kitchen Views locations are open and we feel that it's our duty to put every effort into serving you in whatever way works best for you. As of May 11, 2020:
All retail locations of the National Lumber Family of Companies require employees and customers to wear masks. This is in response to the May 1 update by Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker when he announced an executive order requiring all Massachusetts residents and essential workers to wear a mask or face-covering in public to guard against the spread of the coronavirus.
Similar announcements have been made for Rhode Island and Connecticut where the National Lumber Family of Companies does business.
Remember, you also have the option of using Curbside Pickup when you order in advance by phone or using our New Order Form to have your order waiting for pickup, or for delivery*.
* Free delivery is available for orders of $250 or more within 5 miles of our store.
If your order is less than $250 (not including tax) there is a minimum delivery fee of $25 within 5 miles of our store.
For any deliveries more than 5 miles please call your local store for delivery price.

Our 14 stores throughout New England are open, opening as early as 6:30am. During this health crisis, temporary store hours are in effect until further notice. Check here for store hours or get the store phone number to call ahead.
To minimize personal contact and respect "social distancing" we request that all customer orders for pickup be called in to your local store to have your order pulled in advance. You will be contacted within 2 hours, during business hours, and told when the order will be available to be picked up.
We are making deliveries of in-stock material within 24 hours.
We are increasing our inventories to make sure that you have what you need.
For our employees' safety, we are requesting that instead of cash or checks, customers use their existing House Charge account or credit/debit cards.
