Qualifications:
 
  1. Your current business has been in operation for at least 2 years.
  2. You have a State Contractor License or registration.
  3. You have appropriate & current liability insurance.
  4. You have good customer references.
  5. Your planned annual purchase volume exceeds $10,000/yr.
