Construction Estimator - Wood Frame Construction

Our engineering division needs an experienced estimator with strong wood frame knowledge in residential framing. You will be working with the Timberline estimating program. Strong PC based estimating skills important. A real plus if you already know Timberline for estimating or have experience with any other computer based estimating program.
Duties/Responsibilities: Do material takeoffs from residential wood frame construction projects. Communicate changes or information updates to Contractor Sales staff.
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong wood frame knowledge; Timberline or other PC estimating experience.
Full benefits, year-end bonus, good pay, with a solid, profitable company. This is a Monday to Friday position - approximate hours 6am to 3pm with over-time in season.
